"(Meeting, two people, €34.70 Finally, we have what I had announced after my first visit: today my favourite was there. And it certainly makes sense to read about my visit from 17.1.15. Today was Sunday, and I knew that the buffet was built in the back of the restaurant, and so our way led there. We were led to the side room, separated from the buffet room and were there in the window. And here we could see aha, so there are in-house parking behind the Great Wall. The way at the buffet had already made our decision for a la carte mature at the place. We both simply had no desire for buffet, and above all it had not addressed us. Actually, the adjoining room (as well as the buffet room is very nicely furnished and conveys a certain flair through the beautiful tables and chairs. However, if you look at the ceiling, feel more in a Greek restaurant, because the entire ceiling (except in the Büffet Hall is equipped with wineries and hanging plastic grapes. It just doesn't fit. And now I was curious if my wife would taste the same as I had hoped and announced. Appetizer: Autumn rolls for my wife. Kung Fu soup for me. As main food for my wife Baked chicken breast with sweet sour sauce and vegetables, for me from the specialties of the Great Wall family happiness with pigs, beef, chicken meat, humprabbs, crispy duck and vegetables. While our next room was filled with guests who all eat exclusively from the buffet, our appetizers have disappeared relatively. The vegetarian spring rolls, so-called fall rolls of my wife, were fine. My sharp Kung Fu soup was also fine, but the Beijing soup from the last visit cost me much better, and I would like to choose it again on a next visit. The baked chicken breast was disappointing, on the one hand, by the ratio of panade to chicken meat, on the other hand, by the design of the vegetable that emanates from a bed of soybean sprouts with isolated china cabbage on which the chicken breast rests. That was a little frustrating on the vegetable selection. For these reasons my wife's expectations were unfortunately not met, and she gives only one ok for her main food. My family happiness tasted good, but unfortunately it didn't come to Shanghai Art for the last time and praised eight treasures. The duck was crispy, but also a little dry. Otherwise good. Recommendation still pronounced if you are in Alsfeld(s t. Otherwise, our favorite China restaurant is on site and for such a visit we no longer drive to Alsfeld.
