"We were seated at a wonderful window table. Food was delicious. When I booked the reservation I had noted it was my wife’s Birthday Celebration. The host/hostess must not have notified our server as there was NO mention from any of the staff recognizing her special day! Very disappointed!!"

"Island cafe has been in Anacortes for as long as I can remember. However, it used to be much better. Now it cost you 20+ dollars to get a classic normal breakfast. I know it is a family owned business but they are screwing their servers who are not family out of tips. The cost of food is so high there for average at best quality food, it makes it really tough to want to tip more for the server. I am sad to say but I will not be returning to island cafe until they lower their prices to a more reasonable standard that matches the quality of their food."
