"Our fries and shrimp were good but the fish was rubbery and needed seasoning as well as the okra. We threw away more food than we ate. The guys were really nice though."

"Very disappointed in the quality, texture, service received. Catfish was cold and rubbery, jumbo shrimp was greasy/cold, did not recieve the medium shrimp etoufee, recieved 5 popcorn Shrimp that was greasy as well and 15 pieces of fried okra. There are no managers to respond to the complaint/concern, just a bunch of employees that don't know what to do. Too much money spent for a family meal that was below quality."

"Y’all need to ignore the negative reviews and go try this place out! Absolutely DELICIOUS! This is my second time ordering here and I’ve loved everything I’ve tried! This time I ordered the cheese sticks and cajun burger with onion rings, all of which tasted amazing. The general manager Serrika took our order and made sure everything was perfect before we walked out the door. Will definitely be returning!"

"Let me say this about italiano: we found this place by coincidence 4/23/2014 and here dined at least once a week until we removed 110 miles. now we are dining as often as possible or when I am in the opposite where I will stop giving up an order and waiting to take it home. this place has excellent menu points (I will eat shrimp scampi only from here) and go over and beyond with the managers and service team members, often for each other. No one is too busy to help others, even if they are all very busy. I love italianos. I have never complained about everything there, and my man makes sure to reward the waiter for their time, friendliness and teamwork. By the way, they begin their meal with some filled mushrooms and broth nodes when they are a fan of mushroom, they will love these the best! secondly, they have the salat, it is great with the house dressing, and thirdly, if they simply do not decide what meal, go for the trio or shrimp scampi, both are excellent choices. Happy eating!"
