"The MOA hotel is a bit run down, not very fancy, but the food speaks for itself. The staff was great and one thing that really stood out was their general knowledge of the menu. The service was quick and attentive. Pasta was cooked perfectly; The sauce was better than expected and the salad was fresh with a mixed selection of vegetables ... I would go back! "Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."
