"Dropped in here for quick bites and cold beers while traipsing in and around the Walled City. Pleasant decor. Friendly staff and great service. Food was great. We enjoyed our burger sliders. Cervezas were cold! Lower band of the mid-range category. Recommended!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the food, but the service was so attentive and personalized. We all ordered seafood dishes of one sort or another. Very fresh and portions were just right. It is a very small place, 6-7 tables, so a reservation is good. We made ours with the man outside and it was honored completely. Wine selection was good, not extensive, but good limited selections. Highly recommend, all meals well cooked and very flavorful. The ladies serving you will make it extra special!"

"The service was good the waiters friendly and attentive. We ordered a mixed sushi plate for starters. It was good although we had to ask for more wasabi and ginger. For main course we ordered a Thai fish curry and a Teriyaky ginger beef curry. Both came with white boiled rice but the rice were half cold, half cooked and very dry, hard to eat with chopstick. Had I tasted my beef ginger curry blindfolded I would never have guessed that this was a curry. It was totally bland! The veggies were nice but there was no even a hint of curry. The fish curry had a little more taste but even so, no taste of curry whatsoever. It was extremely disappointing. We had 4 beers and in total the bill came to US 47 which is not cheap around here. We could have done so much better somewhere else. Will never go there again. Blandest food ever!"

"My wife and I were in Cartagena with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. All of us are from the Houston, Texas area.Quite by accident, my wife and I chose Senor Toro while trying to decide where to eat near the main plaza in Old Town / Antigua in Cartagena.We were starving and ordered Peruvian ceviche, Cesar salad, light beer & hamburgers. All were very, very good, cooked perfectly, good quality ingredients and moderately priced.If you're in the area and craving a break from the local fare, this is a perfect spot to try."

"Stopped in to cool off for a snack and drinks. We were very surprised how good everything was. The "tres leche" was one of the best I've had, and very inexpensive!!!!Lady's enjoyed the coco lemonades were very refreshing!! Very clean.Will return for sure.Frank was a very good server!!"

"My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant on our first day in Cartagena. We were so happy to walk in for lunch because the food was so delicious, fresh and flavorful. We ordered ceviche, octopus and Tataki and each meal was better than the next. I would highly recommend this to anyone!! The only problem we had was no one spoke English who worked there when we dined there so when I ordered water I received sparkling water and not still."

"Este restaurante desde afuera no muestra mayor cosa, pero cuando uno entra al patio y después al salón, se sorprende!!! Totalmente recomendado el Ceviche La Bomba! Tiene una carta variada y el diseño interior hay que mirarlo al detalle... Cada cosa te dice algo... Guarda significados de nuestra hermosa tierra colombiana y su mezcla de culturas!"
