"The spring shrimp rolls are tasty but I've never had a spring roll fall apart before eating it. Like legit on both sides broke. Couldn't eat it really, darnit. Pad Thai was tasteless. Disappointing. Just noodles egg and tofu. Needs decent green onions and more, and flavor. Really wanted this place to live up to the reviews. Just wasn't my experience."

"Definitely a twilight zone experience. Usually very quiet because most people are ordering takeout. Prices are very reasonable and dishes should be shared. It's a bit hidden behind the shopping center but once you find it you'll definitely return. Be sure to try the lomien."

"Catfish being out of stock is my only negative remark. I ordered the shrimp po boy and I was extremely pleased. The flavor and portions were both ideal for a man with my palette and appetite. The shrimp covered the sandwich to the point I could see nothing else. The potato wedges were seasoned to perfection and the accompanying sauces were delicious. Not many Black owned businesses in the area so I will be supporting."

"Why you still reading the reviews? If you don't get up and go to this restaurant, it's delicious. I'm so glad this was my excitement trying Jamaican cuisine for the first time. The oxtails were tender, the hell chicken was a nice balance of flavor and spice. Did I mention you get fed like you're going camping for 3 days? Just go, stop questioning yourself or else you're going to miss out. AND GET THE PINEAPPLE SODA!!"

"I’m so disappointed in the pastel de choclo this time! My husband is Chilean and we live down in Santa Monica, so we stop by for Chilean food whenever we are nearby. Usually the food is great, but this time it was all just meh. My pastel de choclo cost $20 and is mostly corn mash, which definitely doesn’t justify the price. We got takeout, so by the time I realized what a rip-off it is, it was too late to do anything about it. There aren’t many good Chilean places around the LA area, so this is a huge disappointment."
