"I heard big things about this place, so my expectations were pretty high. Happy to share that they not only fulfilled my expectations, but exceeded them. Booked too early and was still sitting immediately. Great table right against the window overlooking the low land and the water. We were immediately greeted by our waitress Beth. Extremely professional, efficient and so very friendly, this is how great service is done. The drinks ordered and they came right away. Then we were brought a basket of freshly made Hush puppies that were as good as they come: slightly crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside with exactly the right amount of gum. Beth then gave us the start in the menu and made some great recommendations. We asked about that? You Crab? Soup, she ran into the kitchen and brought us a taste, it was really good, thick, hot, creamy with a lot of fresh Crab. We ordered the Snow Crab appetizer serving with real melted butter, super fresh and tasty. Then tried a bowl of gumbo, really hot, as soup should be served. Soup was really good with a lot of taste, a lot of sausage too. For our net we ordered a local favorite Shrimp and Grits we never had before. We really enjoyed it, but warn, super hard. Shrimps were fresh and delicious served over the well prepared and creamy grits. I had freshly steamed Maine Lobster, which was beautifully served with fresh Corn, Red Potatoes and more Shrimp. "Bartender was very knowledgeable about his tequila, very personable and made my day after many long flights. Food was amazing and I would highly recommend this place. Food is very affordable, drinks are top shelf and worth every penny. (And I am a gin drinker not a big fan of Tequila, and I found one I loved)."

"This place was good, but the service wasn't great. The food was nothing special. We got the Calamari and there were more fried baña paprika than real squids, felt like a waste of . We had to ask for appetizers and ask one of the busboys to send our waitress. The food was just okay, nothing special. There are many other restaurants on the island that blow this place out of the water. I liked the store. I have the shrimp basket with grilled shrimps, he had double frits and shrimps."

"I have never reviewed a restaurant before but I felt that it was necessary because this was one of the worse dining experience I’ve EVER had. Carrabba’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I’ve always had really great experiences with both the service and the food. This location was a completely different story. The service was incredibly slow, despite the fact they only had 5 tables of small parties occupied (the largest party was a table of 3 customers) and there were MORE than enough waiters working. The staff wasn’t very polite either. The food quality was very disappointing. They couldn’t even be bothered to make sweet tea when all 3 members of our party wanted to order sweet tea (which is very simple to make). After 26 minutes of waiting for our check so that we could pay and leave, I had to go to the kitchen staff and request our waitress come to our table, which took another 5 minutes. This was my fathers first time eating at a Carrabba’s because I told him about how great it usually is and after this truly horrible dining experience, this will definitely be his first and LAST time eating at a Carrabba’s, which I really hate because it’s usually so good. And after this experience tonight I will also never return to this location. It was truly disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone."

"We found this hidden gem last night on a laune while we were looking for a restaurant with our 3 children to eat last night. from the time we were greeted by the hostess until the time we left, the service was the top notch. the whole food was amazing and there were 5 of us, we tried every escape. the pasta is homemade and our seafood dishes were delicious next to my filet perfectly cooked. I recommend the bananas also cheesecake! this is our new favorite place when visiting hilton head island."

"Huge portions! Food was good and the service was great. Started with the Birria Tacos who were delicious! The Burgerfries and Mexi Cali Salat were also massive! So much food. Finished with coconut cake, cheesecake and lemon cake. Everything was great!"
