"We were recommended to Yeung’s by a local and walked in for a Friday night takeaway. They were clearly busy with people collecting online and phone orders but service was excellent and it took about 10 minutes for our order to arrive. It was still piping hot after a 5 minute walk home and we were wowed by the spare ribs, which were plentiful and meaty! The squid and the shrimp chow mein were excellent as well. We come to St. Ives regularly and will be back for another takeaway soon."

"This was our second visit to The Wheel House and we've booked our next one already! The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The food is absolutely exquisite. We had the scallops, prawns and mussels which were divine! Can't wait for our next visit"

"If our councils only came from their seats and took a walk along our beautiful coastal path between the beach of Gyllyngvase and the swanpool, they would realize that there are brilliant food from a person who wants to offer only good food at reasonable prices. where in Falmouth you can get the same quality food at the same price? nowhere!! and what a look to see while eating great food. we need to get rid of the nimby attitude and expand their horizons! from all the peole I have seen on my walks, they say that lendien Rocks Café is great. fear the councils that a small competition will take customers away from their favorite cafes and bars that they often need to stay if they do not stay all the time?! I don't think so."

"Brilliant pub in fab location right on Porth beach , really friendly staff and a great choice of beers. Great offer of 2 meals for £20 on a lunchtime such great value piping hot and freshly cooked delivered quickly to table , beer battered fish was excellent chips amazing so crisp and fresh and husband loves the scampi. Dogs welcome and a lovely atmosphere would highly recommend"

"Absolutely excellent from start to finish. I don’t ever remember having had a better meal in my life. The ambience is great and the owners are lovely. They run the show. We had chorizo and black pudding to start which was shared. My wife had the seafood rice which is in traditional Portuguese style and she loved it. It was a big portion but she got through it. It had all sorts in it. I had the Portuguese traditional slow cooked lamb which was served with sliced baked potatoes, broccoli and carrots. All superb. I had home made lemon meringue pie for dessert and my wife had crème caramel which were perfect. We shared a carafe of white wine and a shot of excellent port at the end. Highly recommended. Not too expensive either."

"Me and my husband went for an evening out we didnt eat but i was disappointed that i had dinner before we went out because the food smelt and looked amazing...so if you want so thing different than the norm please pay a visit...oh and the cocktails are lush"

"We had a takeaway while staying at Gwelan Mor and the food was excellent. Delivered on time which is always a big bonus. If we ever visit again we will definitely be using them again. Thank you for such a lovely meal"
