"We were seated upstairs in a room adjacent to where they had a live singer/guitar player. The music was not my style and so I will refrain from judging the talent, but it was so loud that we could hardly carry on a conversation. The service was very good and the food was good. We had two appetizers, oysters on the half shell and tuna tartar. Both were very good. The oysters were served with vinegar as one of the condiments, which surprised me but definitely worked. Did not miss the melted butter at all. For entrees my wife had the meatloaf and I had the pork chop. Both were good, not exceptional, and reasonably priced. I do not recall what our friends ate for entrees, but everyone was happy and full. Frankly I would give them an overall rating of 4 stars based on decor, service and food, even if the music had not been so loud. So I am giving them a pass for the loud music (but it was really annoying)."

"Closed due to Covid but there Google listing still says they are open. Drove over 30 minutes only to be disappointed. Bummer!"

"Both the service, and the food were amazing! I think the manager even came over to see how we were enjoying ourselves, and we told him it was grand. I can't say enough things about our server, whose name was Faith. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and had great suggestions. If we lived in the area, this will be our go to Restaurant, and we would request to be seated at one of her tables. She was really great."

"Update. a year later. Eat is still delicious! the breakfast is the best in town. the burger is fantastic. the dinner menu is even better. dessert, yes! service is fantastic. everyone is friendly. you can't go wrong here. definitely my favorite place to eat when I'm in the city. Amazing eating! Amazing personal! one of my favorite places where I go when I'm in the opposite."

"If you like fried seafood, and you live or are willing to drive to Ellijay, Cajun Depot Grill in Ellijay has an EXCELLENT fried seafood plate. Wels, tie tails, oysters, shrimps, crabs, gumbo, hush puppies, fryers and hovers. I think the food was better than any fried seafood in my 8 years of life outside New Orleans. It did not have the overheated/fired oil taste on it. Perfectly cooked with excellent taste. Service was also excellent. We'll be back."

"One of the local folks in Ellijay Georgia said this was the better sports bar to hang out in that had good wings. This did turn out to be quite true. We had a fantastic waitress named Miranda that helped us out. There were many TVs in the very clean establishment and we met a couple of locals too. Will definitely stop back in here on our way to the mountains."
