"Neighborhood favorite. I grew up in Elmhurst and no longer live in the area. My extended family and I still enjoy coming here for authentic Taiwanese food. Prices are reasonable. There are a few larger tables downstairs for groups. Parking lot in back. Cash only!! Love this place."

"THIRD REVIEW ;Came here again. Had another awesome meal ! Great service , and a lovely environment ! SECOND REVIEW Third time coming here . We love it here . It is a bit of a walk from our apartment but it is definitely worth the walk . The food here is scrumptious and plentiful ! End up taking quite a bit home. This restaurant is very lovely , well decorated and comfortable The staff here is perfect ! This evening we were served by Toon and Yomose . They are friendly ,efficient and thoughtful . What a team !! They made our visit here wonderful ! FIRST REVIEW We have been here two times now and it definitely won't be our last . It is just off of Roosevelt Ave. and is a hidden gem. So glad we found it. The food is plentiful and delicious ! We have had the Pad Thai, Papaya Salad,Chive Pancake , Chicken Satay and more.. This time I had the Thai Iced Tea, It was huge and delightful ! The environment is absolutely lovely and spacious . Our servers Audi and Bow are great They are friendly, efficient , thoughtful and very helpful ! Can't wait to come back here again."

"Order the Roti Canai first, its good for appetizer. Its kinda small but I think it still good for sharing for 2 people. And we also ordered the #157, its the fried coconut rice with shrimp and chicken, it was good. Its tasty, i like it! And for the main dish, we ordered the sizzling black pepper beef if I’m not mistaken, and it was great too. Overall, i like the food here. About the place, its small. So its not that good for big group. Its easily get packed of people. And its not too appealing. The restroom is really small, and its a little smelly. And about the service, we still talking to him and he already get his back on us. I mean, he heard us, but he doesn’t even look back. So we don’t know if he’s listening or he even get our orders right. (But fortunately, everything is good. And nothing messed up). We gonna come back soon to eat here! It was great"

"This was our fourth time dining at Victory Meat and Seafood and each time we have been here, it's been excellent. This is the best restaurant in the western suburbs in our opinion. Their mussels in white wine are addicting. We have had steaks, seafood and chicken and all were great. The service from the hostess, bartenders and servers is top notch. Keep doing what you are doing as it is very well done. So nice to have a great restaurant close to home. Great wine list. So glad they expanded with additional dining area so we have always been able to dine when we haven't made a reservation. I would suggest a reservation especially on the weekends as it's busy. Salute!"

"We ordered a fish mango salad, a soft bowl of crab fried rice and a Thai lemonade ice cream. The food tasted delicious. I liked the aroma fish source they used on my salad. I have to mention that they are kind. I would like to try more dishes, but I was just in Queen. Only one thing I can taste the oil they used my food has not been changed for some time. It wasn't too bad. But my throat was sensitive enough to say it. Maybe others won't notice it."
