"We ate inside for a dinner night. We started with the smoked fish dip which was fantastic. The cocktails were phenomenal, the veggie salad was the best salad of my life, and the bite I stole of my date’s enchiladas was lovely! Next time we’ll save room for dessert. Dinner was out quick, the service was great, and the atmosphere was lovely.#woulddefinitelyrecommend"

"This place does not really need more good reviews, they are so popular. Your consistent amazing food is why! Not to mention friendly, efficient staff. I've been here many times and never had a bad meal. And I travel about 30 minutes, past several other Mexican restaurants. The location directly on the Huron River is also a plus. L o v e this place!"

"For a wood-smoked barbecue joint in a very scenic part of North Carolina, more people should know about Hubba Hubba Smokehouse, and not just as a lunch stop after apple picking at one of the many nearby apple orchards. Head there to check out the old style brick masonry pit and the cool courtyard which sometimes have chickens roaming free (thankfully not the case on this day for the sake of Mrs. Monk), but mainly to check out the impressive array of smoked meats from Spencer Purcell."
