"Yesterday we stumbled rather randomly into this locally on the promenade of friedrichshafen. since we are in Thailand only in november, we thought maybe we can reassure our far away. it worked. satespiesse super juicy and with a delicious erdnussosse , the main course a massamancurry also tip top. friendly service and a great location directly at the lake. I'm sure you'll be back at the next flight."

"It's a pretty cool location in the Zeppelin museum. Good German traditional food, well cooked, well prepared and great service. The views across Lake Constance are quite beautiful and watching the bustle of the ferries crossing the lake makes for an interesting vista while eating...on the balcony. Worth a visit."

"The soup had been overheated and the cream had separated. The cook was unable to cook my steak to order which was returned twice. On leaving the restaurant, he became extremely aggressive when I refused to pay for my steak , assaulting me in the...process. The police were called and although they appeared to quieten the cook down they did nothing regarding the assault. We repaired to our motorhome to await the police. The police asked us to move our motorhome from the Zeppelin car park as he had declared to the police it was his! We were given permission by Zeppelin to park there overnight as we were waiting on a flight next morning. On checking with Zeppelin next morning they were perplexed as to why he would do that as it is Zeppelin property. I complied with the police requirements and moved to a site further down the road from the restaurant but there was no security whatsover there so we sought out a hotel nearby (Holiday Inn). On travelling there we noted the cook in his Range Rover on several occasion following us around. On reaching the hotel we called the police again and advised them of our fear and his stalking. The police again did nothing. We are both pensioners and this arrogant, ignorant person rejoiced in causing our fear. I doubt I shall ever visit Germany again far less Friedrichshaven and definitely not this restaurant"

"Good service though very busy saturdays. Good service friendly and efficient staff,good selection on menu. Being a Englishman living in Friedrichshafen ,i must say i enjoy this restaurant wether it be for breakfast or lunch or just to sit outside having a drink and watching...the world go by"

"Wir waren zum Essen nach einer schönen Radtour. Die Speisekarte ist leider sehr überladen und unübersichtlich. Sämtliche Speisen entsprachen unseren Vorstellung und hat alles wunderbar geschmeckt. Beim Wein folgten wir der Empfehlung des Kellners. Wir hätten nach den Preis fragen sollen. Pro Flasche lag der Preis bei 32€. Dies hielten wir für unangemessen und haben es auch beim bezahlen geäußert. Immerhin gab es daraufhin noch einen Grappa auf's Haus."
