"Sign needs to be bigger. Sign says buffet but that's only on Thursday and Friday. Staff was good, but need to check up on clients more other than when leaving food or taking order. Food was average, salsa was real good."

"Good, not great. Did the family get out when they visited the area. There were 8 of us overall so a pretty good size table. Was a little afraid when we came in at 6:00, and the place was completely empty, but he took off while we were there. I suppose that was positive for us that they could have a table of 8. Mixed food and beverage reviews. I think we all agreed that the starter beans were good. I have some tacos with flour tortillas that I thought was quite delicious, but my wife said the corn tortillas for their tacos were stale and dry. The horchata was pretty good, except it was kind of gritty that I did not experience somewhere before, I definitely preferred not to be it. The service was decent. The waitress has a nice task to check with us and fill drinks. When the food came, was it taken off? This is a pet of mine. The food should be placed before the person who ordered it without asking who ordered it? And who ordered this? I ordered my tacos without tomatoes, but when they came, they had tomatoes, so some confusion during the auction? and my son ended up with my plate for a bit, but the waitress discovered the mistake and got it quickly corrected. We usually spend a few weeks down here in the RGV in summer and we love checking the restaurants. There are many 4 and 5 star foods down here, such a 3 star we would probably not visit again."

"This restaurant was the first place where my man took me. it was our first date, almost 40 years ago. it brings back great memories. the menu has changed in the direction of a better selection of seafood. our favorite is still fried garnel. I had suppe and salat, it was not disappointed, a perfect mix of fish and garnel in a delicious broth with fresh carrots and carrots along the side of salat and house dressing. the next time will try definitiw the garnelen tacos ."
