"The koay teow th’ng here is a thing of wonder and served in seconds by a cheerful team of tanten and mr. tan! it had a deep and umami taste with freshly shredded chicken, fried garlic and handmade fish balls that were taken from the kitchen on a large tablet. the noodles had the right elastic and slippery texture, and the broth was clean and light. it was so delicious that we thought during the day. make sure they are as early as they can open them at 6 o'clock and are pretty much sold by 11 o'clock."
