"This was our second stay in the auberge des peupliers who explained that we were satisfied with our first visit. it is a bit from the center of lamalbaie that is a good thing, as it is peaceful, and has a beautiful view over the...St lawrence river. the rooms are not large and modern, but very comfortable and come with a reasonable price tag. the bar and the dining area are cozy and welcoming and the included breakfast was wonderful in every sight."

"It definitely deserves the title the worst ever restaurant I ever been to. To begin with, it's the first time in my life that the waiter has phisicly touched me and the other guest. Not only it's not polite, but it's definitely not according to the COVID directions. I order a steak. what I received was very close to being a rubber. The cookie son jeck was mixed of souce with very few min shrimps. The cheesecake that was supposed to be the chef's choice, was close to being a blue cheese kind of ..... The waiter was rude, to all the guests... They refused to speak English. When the manager got involve by my friend, the attitude was the same. I would stay away, as it is not a pleasant experience."

"At the moment we saw this bistro we thought it would be the ideal place for our last dinner in Quebec. Finally a nice restaurant, in a magnificent place with an interesting menu and a little more original than the average. Dinner was an immense disappointment. from the waitress, too rigid, to dinner. If there's a good thing I ate in quebec, it's fries. the big bob was far from being defined edible, the fried was covered by a ton of sauce with an ambiguous result. the salmon was good, since it was submerged by a butter sauce that would cover any defect. Good dessert. A lean disappointment."
