"Incredibly disappointing and insulting experience. We arrived at 35 minutes early for a reservation of 17.30. The hostess told us it was 25 minutes. That was okay, because it was 10 minutes earlier than our reservation, so we sat at the bar and had a drink. At 17:35 I went to the host to ask how much longer. Two women were there – I don’t remember their names –Stefanie(?) and a second woman (I forgot her name, but it had 3 syllables – begins with a T? . We were told a little longer and that 2 names were before us. We had an open table reservation that I made a few days earlier. I asked if that was the case, even if we had a reservation? T told me that “it’s not really a reservation.” I told her “yes, it’s a reservation” – she asked me if I made the reservation today and I told her that I did it days ago. T told me again that the reservation “no reservation, it’s just a placeholder.” She never looked at me, gave no excuses or made no effort to be warm / understand, then she just went away. The other hostess was nothing. 5 minutes later my husband asked again when we're gonna sit. Apparently there was a name in front of us. And T told my husband he was waiting for 24 minutes. It was 45 minutes by then. Finally we sat at 5:45, 50 minutes later. I think we were unfortunately accompanied to a less favoured stand right next to the waiting area – I asked for the next table that had at least some privacy. Then we waited 15 minutes on the server. The only positive of the evening was that our server was a serious young man who tried very hard to offer us a good service, was very polite and sincere. The food was very slowly coming out of the kitchen, but tasted good. I used a discount of 20% rewards for dinner, but our server tilted on the original bill. I've been going to Red Lobster for over 35 years and I've always loved it."

"There were seven of my employees to celebrate a birthday. Our server, China, was a doll!! She was very attentive from the beginning and did not make a mistake in one of the commands. There were no complaints at the table regarding food, everyone enjoyed their decisions. The atmosphere was very welcoming and we all had a wonderful experience."

"Ok, first let me say, it's in a gas station! !!!! Crazy! ! I would have taken a star away for that, but the food is stellar! We had the alligator and jambalaya. Both are wonderful! Highly recommend. Somewhat pricey, but totally worth the cost. Next time i want to try something different!"

"Service is fair. Expected better since it wasn't packed. Mistake was made on a simple order and mixed drink barely had a shot of alcohol in it. At least it was clean and decent looking inside. Will change my review if our second visit is better."

"I normally don't get this in-depth with the review but I feel like I need to. Bravo to the owner and his staff. I've had good customer service in the past I've had bad customer service in the past but I've never had customer service this perfect before. One of the burgers was just a little too red for somebody I was eating with not only did they remake the burger they also refunded us for it which was so far above and beyond I can't express how grateful that I am. If people locally are not supporting this place I feel sad for them. Not only that the food was delicious The service was impeccable even though they were swamped they got us in and out and a reasonable amount of time. If this isn't one of your destinations for lunch you're really missing out. Thank you to the kind courteous staff and I believe the owner that was there. You have a repeat customer when we come back this way."
