"Other than not having silverware for a few minutes after our appetizer was served, the experience was wonderful. We shared a pasta dish and the kitchen was kind enough to serve it on two plates, without the extra charge. This was easily the best pasta dish I’ve had at a restaurant! Our servers were kind and quick. The cost was quite reasonable too. Highly recommend"

"We had looked for a place to go while staying the night in mill valley and this looked like a good choice. The food was quite good. I had the homemade granola and yogurt and my wife had the French toast. Both were good although it was odd the French toast wasn’t served with syrup. The toast was more on the eggy side so that may not fit your taste but we both liked it. The granola was really good. Not too sweet."

"Buckeye is top tier for Marin dining. Best experience is in the bar (if you can get a booth or a seat at the bar! . Love that you get the classy 50s roadhouse vibe and can watch a game. Eating in the dining room or patio is very nice as well. I can?t NOT order the Oysters Bingo, it?s delicious. All their food is pretty spot on, especially off the smoked section."

"Mexican flavor dishes from Jalisco, MX! Stopped in for a drink the bar. Had chips (little to greasy) and salsa guacamole the flavor of the salsa was so good we decided to order some food. Tacos were delicious homemade tortilla and the meat had great flavor! The service was a little off bartenders seem to be new. Definitely recommend."

"The ambient music (Reggaeton) was very loud and a bit obtrusive for our tastes. My brunch special wasn’t particularly appetizing either. The potatoes in the hash were overly oily and the short ribs were mostly fat. A regretful menu choice. The quality food, service and atmosphere of pre-pandemic Piatti’s is no longer. Management seems to be more interested in being trendy and popular than in the quality of their food and in giving patrons a fine dining experience. Even their telephone voice message is unnecessarily lofty and pretentious: “Marin’s premier waterfront dining destination”. Please. Service was lackluster as well. I had to motion to the server on three separate occasions for basic beverage service. This post-pandemic Piatti’s iteration is a disappointment."
