"I had high hope for this place, but sadly I was disappointed. Our drinks were the best part of the entire meal. The duck wings appetizer was pretty good. Although the fish and scallops were cooked very well both of our entrees lacked flavor. High priced, mediocre food."

"Yesterday, as I was touring throughout Mt. Pleasant with my Nephew and his girlfriend who was visiting with me. We stopped at Art's Bar and Grill. The Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and very hearty meal. We enjoyed the atmosphere andthe food."

"Waters Edge was the first restaurant my husband and I went to when we were house hunting here. The ambience on Shem Creek helped us decide to relocate from Tennessee. At that time WE had the best Happy Hour, great food and service. We recently took an out of town guest there for dinner. The waiter was bordering on rude and a little arrogant. The food was a huge disappointment. Many of our favorites were gone from the menu. My husband's flounder was overcooked. My aunt's grouper was undercooked. My Caesar salad was swimming in dressing. It's sad to see this once very cool and good restaurant added to the list of places we won't visit again."

"I don't know if this is under new management or new people in the kitchen, but our meal was the worst I've ever had there. We had a fried rice and a chicken with rice dish. The chicken was dry and rubbery. The rice tasted old like it had been cooked earlier in the day and it was all pretty tasteless. We got there just before they closed to pick up our to go order. I didn't feel like calling them or going back. We ate a little bit and threw the rest away."

"Food is absolutely delicious, farm fresh and fresh caught. Christine our waitress was awesome, pleasant and enjoyable. We were on our honeymoon, staying in Charleston, we had brunch there 4 days in a row. Since we only live 2 hrs away we are planning on visiting BHF monthly to do grocery shopping etc. See y'all soon.
