"We chose Pedros as we wanted seafood, and so glad that we did! Pedros is located on the Malecon, squeezed in between a few other restaurants. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and were sat in ocean view seats. After reviewing the extensive...menu, I chose the shrimp with creamy pasta and my husband chose another shrimp dish with rice and vegetablesî. Each came with 5 very large butterflied shrimp, cooked to perfection. My shrimp and pasta was just slightly creamy, bursting with flavor. Order this, you will not be disappointed! When we finished our dinner, the chef came out with his homemade tequila and gave us each a free shot. It was mui bien! All in all a fantastic place, with fantastic service and over the top seafood. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it. It’s just a little hole in the wall place tucked in there."

"They gave me a limited menu in English with the prices scratched off. I ordered garlic shrimp and expected a regular Mexican style meal. They presented mixed (American style) vegetables, a tablespoon of white rice, and about a half dozen shrimp that kind of looked like scampi. If I wanted American food I would eat in America not Mexico. I was extremely disappointed and when I was saying I would like what was shown in the picture which was the typical salad and sliced avocado, red rice. So we're looking at the picture and there I see the price on this other menu $14.50! Sadly I do not recommend this restaurant."

"Actually a 4+ Star restaurant. Had an early dinner (4:30pm) at MyT on Tuesday, Oct. 5th. As always, this restaurant never ceases to please. Without a doubt, they have the best filet mignon in MX and maybe the U.S. also. It's Mexican beef and has...more flavor than U.S. fed beef. It's tenderness is/was off the chart superb! When we visit Penasco, we always work in a meal or two at MyT. The best restaurant in Penasco in my view!!"

"Took the 12 year old looking waiter four rounds to get a drink order for 15 people. Even though some drinks were on the menu, he said they weren’t available. Some drinks didn’t come out for 30 minutes and the food took over an hour....When it arrived it was nothing but overcooked, overseasoned meat on a tortilla. LITERALLY nothing else. They serve it with salsas and veggies for the table but my group was so hungry from the long wait that they literally ate all the condiments and sides before the food arrived so there was nothing left for me. My rule about restaurants is that it doesn’t matter how cheap it is if I can make the food as good or better at home, I don’t eat there. Unfortunately this place wasn’t my choice but I would never return. I’d rather starve."
