"This place has always been a stop for us on the trip across the border, but it seems that the food really did nothing to stand out. Vi had the Aztecs plate with shrimp. This is layers of corn tortillas, shrimp, and a couple of cheeses. In my opinion it should have been served with a garnish of jalapeños, lettuce and tomato. Just to dress it, and make sure it did not come across as bland. The margaritas were tart and harsh. Maybe a different dish next time?"

"When upstairs to Chuy's Red Snapper with 6 of us, and once again we were treated well, and the food was great! As a group, we have eaten there many times, and always find the place clean, service friendly and polite, and the food very good! Menu has lots of choices, and they accommodate any special requests, if possible. Most of our group had a shrimp dish of some kind, and one had the chicken fajitas. All dishes were cooked properly, and the fajitas, I was told was plentiful and tasty. Don't let the decor of the main street deter you from trying this restaurant!"
