"The Fish House is always a must when visiting South Florida. This place is always busy and it would be amazing if it was opened more hours during the week. I got both the oyster and the Soft Shell Cab dinner, but would highly recommend the grouping sandwich. A good taste to him and a large part of the fries to come. A little expensive but definitely worth it"

"I have used China Chen a few times for takeout orders and their food is always been hot and tasty. When you call in advance your food is usually ready within 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely give them a try if you're in the area. (Why 4 vs. 5-Stars? In one instance a few months ago I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and the chicken had not been completely cooked. I put it in a skillet to complete the cooking process.. It hadn't happened before and it hasn't happened since. Should the quality of the food remain high I will come back and change my rating to a five-star) UPDATE: I've had no further issues with regard to food quality so I've upped my rating to 5-Stars. 1/16/2022"

"What a gem!. My husband and I were staying at the resort in Ruskin and wanted to find some local hot spots in the area. The highest rated place in Ruskin was the Fish House and I know why! Don 't be fooled by the run down area or scary trailer park behind this place, the food and service was top notch! We shared a large order of fried fish (I don 't remember the type, just their 'house ' fish) and fried scallops along with fries and coleslaw. Both seafood items were incredibly fresh and juicy. The batter was light, not heavy and greasy. Fries and slaw were tasty too. Wish we lived closer because I would make this a regular place to visit."

"The dog house is a parole of Ruskin. The smells alone make the trip worth and then when you grab this rib and it falls so clean from the bone... brother, it's really a thing of beauty. And I didn't even get to taste it. If you haven't been, your BBQ life isn't complete."

"Now to begin, I drove several times to this place and sat in what thought was their parking (it is the parking for the private beach. A few days ago I decided to go in and to my surprise it's much bigger than I thought. BTW, I actually sat in the back of the restaurant?. I met Heidi, Oscar, Suzy, and I think a manager who liked to serve me my order?. I will come back at least once a month??????"

"Very friendly and welcoming. The Greek salad with gyro meat is suberb. It is definitely once of the best salads I’ve had in a while and I will definitely be returning and bringing friends and family! The dressing is very creamy and tastes homemade! Next time I go I’m definitely going to ask if they sell bottles of that sauce because it is amazing!"

"The food is delicious. My personal favorite is the traditional Cuban. You can't go wrong with a pressed cuban. I do recommend calling ahead. It does cut down on the wait time you are without food"
