"My friend and I are visiting NL from BC. We each just had a bowl at the Avalon mall location. We were really pleased friendly, fast staff made us each a bowl with our choices (we actually both had the vegan grounds for a protein could not tell that it was not meat, had great texture) and fresh toppings and sauces. So good!! Thanks"

"This restaurant is a must if you're in this area! You have to try the food here!! The prices are really fair, it's not too expensive. The portion sizes are great too, lots of food! It's definitely a great deal. My girlfriend and I both had large plates of food. We were stuffed and the bill only came to $25 before tip! The food is also just mouthwatering! It's so delicious, anything you can try here will be good! I've never been disappointed! Definitely come here if you can!"

"99% of my experiences are all positive… fabulous food service, very friendly, efficient staff.. But I experienced a little disappointment tonight. I reserved the day before for 7PM today. Because of the weather we decided to cancel. When I called to cancel, a staff member said it was already canceled.by someone, surprise surprise! . My point is, if I had driven all the way in this weather from the west end and was told my table is gone, there would have been “hell “ to pay. My table was either cancelled accidentally or “given to a friend “ Poor business practices “"
