"So my friends and i went here the other day and had the opportunity to get to try their food and it was very good. i tried their chow mein and their pepper shrimp which was so good i couldnt stop eating it. although the food took so long to arrive however when it did we all finished the plates really fast this place gets two thumbs up for their excellent food and their nice service they gave to us. i would highly recommend this place to everyone, the only reason it didnt get a 5 was because of the waiting time"

"This was a decent restaurant considering its location. I mainly came here because it was close to where I live. The food was average, and the price was ok (again, considering location). There's probably better Chinese food that I could've found for the same price, but likely not as close to my place. Service was good and quick."

"Trying this place for the first time, we walked in totally unbiased. Ordered Mapo Tofu, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and eventually agreed to go for the Fried Chicken Steak after receiving a steaming hot sampler good enough for a meal if you don't eat much. This place has made it to our list of go to for takeout. They have reasonably priced, good amount and good authentic tasting food. We loved the shrimp dish, the lobster sauce was yum! The chicken was tasty being that it is the all time favorite. Bonus was the exceptional customer service and quick time food service. You have a choice of having your order with rice or not. You watch while they make your food and the team work was exceptional!!! So many pluses for this resto-takeout joint. Glad we tried it."

"Around 2:15pm today, I’m the next inline, i saw how she treat the old indian women because of wrong pin number she entered .. the staff old asian wearing a yellow uniform soooo rude and arrogant.. i talk to her asking why she treat the customer like that and she’s explaining to me a loud voice ? i felt she is exhausted.. im so disappointed to her and I can’t buy anything.."

"Eggs Benedict excellent. Caesar salad was average at best. The dressing was Not mixed evenly and croutons were added on top. I think it should all be tossed to evenly coat the salad and croutons with dressing. Added chicken, it was a good portion but dry and probably cooked a few hours before I ordered it, then warmed up. Not great.Eating out in Toronto is certainly expensive these days; this is a pretty basic pub place and the lunch/brunch cost $70 for 2 entrées and 1 drink each. Pricey! No wonder the patio was mostly empty (Saturday) so dead atmosphere. Also lots of wasps (hornets) this time of year, not good!Parking: Parking is always a challenge on Bloor. We found a spot close by on side street. This is your best option and is free."
