"We've been going here for over 30 years! Came for the Fish Fry, and that's what's kept us coming back all these decades. We don't even order fish anywhere else, we just know it won't stack up to the Stein Haus! Plus, our wonderful server Jean hasalways taken good care of us. "Chez Francois is by far the best fine dining restaurant in the greater Cleveland area, if not FAR beyond that. Seriously, as a guy who's dined at nice French restaurants in NYC and beyond, this establishment has the finest cuisine, atmosphere, and hospitality of any restaurant by hundreds if not thousands of miles. The food is exquisite, especially the lobster bisque which is unbelievable; and the manager, Matt, is classy, on beat, and very kind. The menu and specials change season to season, which is nice and unique. My family and I have gone here on occasion for many years and It's always been the best treat! "Fantastic Friday fish fry. And prepare to wait unless you arrive at 430pm. Seriously. Is it worth the wait? I'd say yes but you may have a different answer, especially as it is crowded on a Friday and there is not a lot of room to wait. There are plenty of nearby options for fish fry, but don't expect a shorter wait and Dan's or anywhere else in the area. The fish is delicious. On other days the other food here is also above average. Also a full bar, so that helps kill some time as you wait for a table. If you know you face a wait, this will work for you. If you are in a hurry, there are McDonald's in Farmington or Hastings."

"LOVE THIS PLACE! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS! After going to see the revamp these amazing gentlemen did on their restaurant I was definitely not disappointed!! Everything was absolutely amazing. I would recommend them any day of the week. Staff was friendly and very helpful. If you have a gluten allergy the menu clearly shows what is and isn't gluten free!"
