"LOTS of food, and it stays open late. Our plane landed at 8:30. We were staying in West Bloomfield. We were hungry. Just about every place was closed. Thanks to yelp, we discovered the Uptown Grille. This place is huge and has an even huger parking lot. In keeping with that theme, the portion quantities are hugest of all. I ordered their Cobb salad, and it was too much for even me to finish. That's too bad because it tasted great, with plenty of bacon and avocado. My wife ordered nachos, expecting that my salad wouldn't be enough for me and we could share. Turns out, the delicious nachos are enough for a small village, and predominantly cheese. They are also delicious. Just don't expect to finish them by yourself."

"I lived in Korea for 4 years and this place is legit! Every dish was fresh and delicious and the owners were so sweet and welcoming. The portions were huge, as well. Try the spicy pork stir fry or the kimchi pancake."

"I just have to say, Wow. This place is really a hidden gem. It is really a shame that the management of this business did not set up in the heart of Royal Oak, Troy or Birmingham – as it would have done there a killing: but I am happy to keep it to myself. I was in many Thai places in my life and nothing compares. Each dish is delicious (although I especially enjoy the Pot Stickers and Red and Green Curry items – and my friend raves over the Curry noodles). Not only the foods to make juicy perfection with consistency, but the sizes are over generous and is delivered to MAXIMUM for takeout or food within 10 to 15 minutes. The only other shame to mention is that the place is mainly used as takeout, while its interior was tasteful and authentic and is sincerely fit to be a novelty, high-end, eating in diner (which is unfortunately rare for Thai food in my experience). I would recommend it."

"The place seemed like a good family restaurant so my boyfriend and I tried a carryout. I ordered steak tips that come with zip sauce and a side caesar salad. Since the sauce is so thin and they don 't serve it on the side for carryout, it leaked all over the bag because their boxes have air vents. Went back in to request a side of zip sauce and they served it in the same box. Odd.... You 'd think a sauce would be served in a sealed cup. It didn 't look like zip sauce at all.... The steak tips are just hunks of tough, overcooked meat that can barely be cut with a steak knife. The caesar was good. The burger was dry and the fries weren 't even good.... not sure how that even happens. I wouldn 't recommend and would never order again or want to dine in as one of their customers at the bar was noticeably over intoxicated AKA drunk and annoying other customers. Bad atmosphere, food, and vibe all around."
