"We were excited to try this place for the first time. 6 PM on a Friday. The poor wait staff (2 servers? Maybe 3? were running ragged in a restaurant that was quickly filling up. We sat with menus for 15 minutes without any greeting. The table next to us appeared to have been waiting quite some time for their food. No signs of management of any kind. We got up and left without ordering anything, which was a bummer.Food for thought from a former restaurant manager:Recommend having a dedicated hostess at least on Fridays and Saturdays. Have a second hostess manage all the to-go orders if it's a popular night for that. Limit servers to 5-6 tables per section, especially if you have a full bar and expect guests to order apps and drinks. Have clearly defined sections if you don't already have them. Definitely need more servers, especially if you're seating folks on the patio. Hoping tonight was a fluke night but reading the comments seems like there are some service issues going on."

"So I ordered my food to go and it came all messed up my Steak wasn't cooked properly and my fries where not loaded as requested. However I called and complained and they where more than nice, they understood and treated me with the best customer service which made me not be as mad and cranky. The Manager Arielle was super polite and offered to help me by giving me gift card for there mistake. She understood and gave me the best customer service with out being rude. You can clearly tell how hard working she is and how good she treats her customers. I'm surely going to keep going to this restaurant because sometimes its not even about the food which is important as well, but she gave me the best customer service and treated me super nice and took care of my frustration and problems. This Manager deserves more than management she should be at the top of the chain and should get a raise. Because its people like this which keep the business afloat and trust me I will keep coming back as she treated me with respect and gave me the best customer service. To who is reading this I 100% recommend this restaurant specially this restaurant because they take good care of you. I also spoke to Shawn who is the upper manager and he treated me very nice as well and took my feedback regarding her hard working manager Arielle."
