"I was with a large group for dinner. We had booked the Shiraz room for 20 people.I want to preface this by saying our server was lovely and never stopped moving. They must have been very busy as we only had 1 server for 17-18 of us.The service was just extremely slow because our server was serving by themselves. Other service staff helped with some of the food drop-off but nothing else (no taking orders, no clearing dishes). The manager popped his head in several times but didn't seem to be helping our server.Also, the way the food came out was insane. They brought out 1-2 dishes at a time and some people in our party were getting their mains before some had appetizers.It is a gorgeous restaurant and the drinks were good. The food was only okay.It was a little insulting that we not only were charged $150 to book the Shiraz room but there was an automatic 18% added to our bills for being a large party. If the service was better I would have been absolutely fine with the 18% gratuity being added to out bill. But, the service was overall, not good."
