"The atmosphere and location was really nice. The service was average. The waiters were not very attentive and they forgot to bring knives for the steaks and overall if felt average. 3 of us ordered steak and 2 ordered chicken. The chicken was good but the steak was terrible. It was CHF50 for a small very thin piece of meat. The meat was pale, tough and had no flavour. We all agreed it tasted like it was boiled as the meat had no flavour. We also felt the meal was perhaps old, maybe a few days in the fridge. This is probably the worst steak I have had anywhere in the world in this price range. The dessert was good and the wine was good. We did complain but they didn’t even try to make the situation right by reducing the charge or giving free desert or anything. They just made us fill out a form. We won’t be back again."

"We went there on a Saturday evening, the place was busy so we had already reserved in advance. It is a nice location and when the weather is nice hence you could really enjoy the atmosphere there. The place is divided into Lounge and dinning...area, both of them are well organized. We liked the food and drink as well, service was also friendly, recommended!"

"If you like salty food served by waiters who have no heart for their job, this is the place for you. The dessert was the only saviour. Brought the wrong sized bottle of water, and brought an additional bottle right size when the issue was...raised with them! Overbilled by one bottle of water on top of the two that we had. Only they know if it was deliberate or not. Do yourselves a favour and pop round the corner to Klosterli Weincafe."

"Did a farewell for a workmate there. The varieties of Fingerfood was great and of high quality. Also (white) wine was really good, if you're a wine drinker. Great service , nice girls tended to us very well and were friendly."

"We have been here 4 or 5 times now...as a couple and with family and friends and have never been disappointed. We have eaten outside in the summer under the shade of trees and inside in the winter. It is always busy so book ahead....The service and staff are wonderful and the food a delight."
