"This establishment is very rude and disrespectful to it’s patrons. I spoke with the manager Jennifer to explain that the chicken was very rubbery. But I never got the opportunity as she was very curt and rude. I hadn’t even spoken a word unfortunately before she verbally assaulted me. She accused me of desiring a free meal. And I simply wanted a nice meal after working a 12 hour shift serving others. She rolled her eyes forcefully trashing the food without hearing why I dislike the rubbery chicken. Then she accused me of wanting a free meal as I sat in my scrubs after a hard day of work. She forcibly trashed the food then she insulted me. She treated me like I was beneath her. I had not even said a full sentence. I understood that I was not welcomed as a patron here as she walked off before I finished explaining. As hurtful as this encounter was, I realized where I am unwelcome. I want to thank her for trying to show me my place. I don’t get the option to treat people like dirt as a registered nurse, but even if I could, I would never. Everyone deserves to be treated like a person. Unfortunately tonight I wasn’t."

"Seated at a table near the door. Whenever the door opened, cold air blew in the restaurant. Our entrees were ready very quickly which was disappointing because it felt like we were being rushed and the entrees were not freshly made. Service was ok had to hunt down the waitress."

"My absolute favorite restaurant, by far typically 5 stars but it seems something has changed post pandemic. However, I have never seen the restaurant this crowded on a cold wet weather evening no less so obviously still many fans. I’m thinking either a management or chef change took place. I can’t articulate but I definitely have noticed a change my last few visits. I’ll try lunch next time."
