"The table reservation was confirmed online by e-mail for 31.12.2019, 18.00 hrs. The previous phone call that you have closed to New Year's Eve from 8:00 was unsinteresting for us, as we only wanted to eat and go to the hotel in the early evening. Upon arrival, we first stumbled over the sign on the outside door of New Year's Eve from 6 p.m. Demand from the responsible employee: Axle, the question of who confirmed this and had total bad luck. We then helped ourselves in other ways, but on the New Year's Day about 17.15 at least wanted a coffee or something else. Take Cappuccino to us. The service power: We close at 6 p.m. and therefore the coffee machine is already out of operation. Service desert Germany? Here you go!"

"Had an amazing dinner experience quite unexpectedly at this restaurant that we found on our walk. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The family (who run the restaurant) were friendly and lovely to talk to. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for...a lil Turkish delights in Heidelberg."

"The two stewards were in bad mood and took our order quite late. twice, for drinks and main courses, they gave us false orders and they didn't even apologize and were angry that we didn't offer them to take it. we were three and ordered various meals. none of us (two German and one foreign guest) could even end the half of the meal. one of the dishes was cold, but refrigerator temperature. all three meals were not fresh and too salty, although they were not cheap. never again!"
