"This could have just been a really, really bad night for the restaurant, given the other positive reviews on this website. However, we would say this was one of our all time worst dining experiences ... in fact it was almost comically bad. The restaurant was...1/3 full, so we were quickly seated. Took nevertheless awhile to get some menus (had to awkwardly stare at the waiter for awhile , but once we did we were quick to order our drinks and food. We were trying to be somewhat efficient as we are a family with two small kids, and their patience is limited. After 25 or so minutes I got my soup, but we still had not gotten our drinks. I mentioned it to one of the waiters, who said she would take care of it. But time went on and no drinks came (we had ordered two cokes, one apple juice, and a glass of red wine nothing fancy . After about 40 minutes we mentioned it to yet another waiter, who said he would pass it on to our own waiter. Eventually our waiter came with our main courses well three of them at least he turned to me and I guess it clicked for him that we were four and he only had three dishes ... and said : I think I forgot your food. What were you having? Then we politely told him that we also still had not gotten our drinks. There was no big apology ... just a well, lots of things are going wrong tonight. What? What kind of an unprofessional reply is that? I should also note that we did not have cutlery. Hard to eat without cutlery! So we also had to tell him to bring cutlery. He then brought two sets ... we were 4 people?? ... not sure what he was thinking there ... And then he finally went to get our drinks came back with 3 cokes and one apple juice. Our order was 2 cokes, 1 apple juice and 1 glass of wine. Just disastrous! All this waiting did however give us time to note that we were not the only disgruntled customers there. At least two of the nearby tables also had had problems (orders taking forever, or forgotten, etc . Another 20 or so minutes later my course came too by this time my family had finished eating of course, and my husband and son had gone back to our hotel room. Didn 't get cutlery to eat my food with, but luckily had gotten a flatbread so managed without. The most shocking thing was there was not a lot of apologizing as one might expect when the service is this awful. Would have given this place a one (or less but the food was actually ok and the place itself is nice."
