"The occasion was a 87th birthday in September 2020 with the closest family was 12 people positive, food tasted a few despite the small selection and the waiter was nice and we all sat in a large room at a long table, which was very pleasant. Negative was, we wanted à la carte food, which was discussed before. It was different, each of us had a note with 3 appetizers, 3 main dishes, 3 desserts a very tender selection and not everyone's taste. We had to decide, or badly, for something to eat and many came from work. The only meat dish was bloody (because it could not be eaten by all, you could also ask how it would be desired) it was offered on the note with potato gratin but on the invoice, calculated separately as a supplement. This is not about money, this is about principle. The table was ordered between 17:30 – 18:00, where everyone was there and not as claimed at 17:00. When you asked nicely around approx. 19:30, when the food came, one got a very unfriendly answer that it was all freshly prepared, apart from that we also expected it at 8:15. Is that how you deal with guests? One should already judge what the guest has discussed with one or at least discuss the change in advance and do not present completed facts when one is on site with the guests."
