"My wife and I go here regularly. The pizza crust is excellent. This is wood fired Neapolitan style pizza so not your typical slice shop pizza. I highly recommend Keste for a great pie and a glass (or of wine. The prices are what you'd expect for a high end pizza in NYC. The environment is very casual. The benches are not super comfortable and the waitstaff is very low-touch which can get frustrating if they are busy. But don't let my small complaints get in the way of great pies."

"We visited the restaurant as a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The waitress was so disengaged, rude and irritated the whole time which really impacted on our experience. We had a problem with one of the dishes and she was completely unhelpful and had no desire to apologise or rectify the situation. To make it worse we were charged for a dish that we couldn't eat with no acknowledgement or explanation. the chef was also leaning over the pass and acting unprofessionally, pointing at tables with an aggressive attitude. We have been to Prima a lot however, after this experience, we will not return and I will be sharing my experience so that others don't experience the same."

"So the hype for this place is real, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. We came for lunch and staff was quick to tend to us. We had our pepperoni pie within 20 minutes of sitting down. The pizza itself was amazing, perfect blend of fresh tomatoes sauce, a crispy and buttery crust topped with a cheese that didn’t make you feel like you were eating a stick of butter. Would definitely come back."
