"We celebrate many special occasions at Flemings Downtown SD and we recently went again for a double date with dear friends, the food and service never disappoints. Must haves are calamari, miso glazed sea bass, and lava cake! Husband always gets a primesteak (cooked to perfection) so of couse I get a taste of it too."

"Awesome place to have an elegant evening meal. We absolutely LOVE their crab cakes, and since we're foodies and frequently eat at Bay Area restaurants, we have yet to find a place that tops their crab cakes. The food is always fresh and delivered to your table hot and timely; everyone receives their food at the same time, which is a plus. There is always plenty of parking in their garage. Drinks are decent and a bit stiff (they're not cheap on giving you a decent drink with alcohol lol). The atmosphere is lovely. Servers are always super nice and attentive."

"In front of the Hyatt Regency, next to Cafe Japengo. Good location. The decor, very much what you might expect from a steakhouse. Maybe a little too dark (geschmack sache) We shared a 6oz filet with a “spicy crab aioli”. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. A few things need to be tuned up, however. 1) 35 minutes is too long to wait for your dinner. 2) The loaf of bread was burned on one end. 3) The baked potato was burned on one end. 4) The tiny sliver of asparagus was raw. 5) The waiter tried to take our plates while we were still eating. Entrees priced between $25 and $40. Sides are extra from about $6 to $10. Excellent selection of wines starting from about $25."
