"The service area of deli/walk up was much more impressive than the dining room on the top floor. the food was boiled (calamari meatballs) blande. not what we expected for high quality Italian cuisine ambiance, unless they are a minimalist without taste buds. the amount of food was sufficient, but overpriced. the service was average. we should have picked up a sandwich from the deli."

"Nice dim ambiance. Honestly, i cannot believe i hadn’t reviewed this restaurant sooner. I discovered it about 7 or 8 years ago when i met my coworker who worked next door for lunch. I fell in love and have dined there ever since. The cuisine is so flavorful and arrives yo your table hot! When im in town and honestly desire a meal that wont let me down or satisfy my soul. Well, this is it! I like to order the chicken and broccoli in oyster sauce or the thai basil fried rice. My family favorites are also the shrimp drunken noodle or Pad See-U and an order of spring rolls and the curry empanadas (the name escapes me) for appetizers. It is located close to the subway station. The surrounding area is developing and always seems to be under construction but grab a 1-hour parking spot out front if you can."

"Table Talk is one of my favorite restaurants in Alexandria for breakfast. Their French toast is off the chain. What dreams are made of. I have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and will tell you that it seems to me that as the day goes on, quality goes down. Breakfast is 100+ five thousand stars. Lunch is good and hearty quality food—but not super remarkable. I’ve only eaten dinner there twice and I wasn’t super impressed. I wasn’t disgusted but I didn’t feel like it was worth what they charge for dinner. Just not great. Stick to breakfast or lunch there and you’ll never regret it. Staff is so friendly and the owner is awesome. They used to serve breakfast all day or at least until 3 PM, many years ago, and I wish they still did that. I’d go there any time of day for their hash browns and French toast. So good! Reasonably priced for breakfast and lunch too. Highly recommend!"

"My favorite venue to gather at anytime. Great staff and manager. The owner himself is a gentleman. I wanted to take one star down because of the minimum charge and added gratitude. To be honest, it worth it as long as they offer a good entertainment such as live music and an open dancing floor."

"This is our neighborhood spot, whether for lunch, a quiet family dinner, drinks or hosting friends and family. we love it every time. service is friendly and timely, the prices are reasonable, and it is always clean and cozy. our favourite dishes were the pizza, gyro salat, and the house made dives with fresh hot pita. everything is fresh and made according to a family recipe. Five stars!"
