"Once a cozy , friendly place I often went to for decades.This time I asked for a table for myself and two visitors. The guy at the counter rudely said the menu is on the wall, order and pick up here . Can we sit downstairs? The menu is on the wall, order and pick up here . Turns out there is no longer waitstaff, you find or share a table, everything is plastic (utensils, cups, dinner boxes), the salad is soggy and dressing terrible, the food not close to its previous incarnation and they don 't even inform you when your order in the plastic bag is ready. I was embarrassed I took friends there and will never return. The only good thing at this fast food location was that they didn 't ask if everything was O.K. I miss the Pines! "Not bad pho when we're in Ithaca! The Pho was hot and cheap. The few drop knits were the lack of soup spoons and the green (cilantro green onion) in the broth. The meat was really good."
