"Really not good. idk what all Rave reviews were on this place. probably one of the worse Asian cuisine meals I had ever had in richmond. the tacos were so bad. had only a strong vinegar and fish sauce tasted. I ordered tamponthai to keep it safe because who can screw padthai. my nudel can, that's who. only dry and no taste. the huh and galangal were not good either. also the Thai icy was too sweet. would never come to this place again. I want to be honest."

"Yum! Chicken n ' waffles! I came here with my sweet friend and we enjoyed the ambiance, the service and the food at Savory Grain!! I also was permitted to buy a few of their small pint glasses which I use all the time! The parking can be a bit of a challenge, but this restaurant is worth a gander! I can wheat to go back!"

"My wife and I had dinner at max’s and sat upstairs. When I left, I fell on her stairs, where someone had spilled a drink. two diners helped me up and down to a chair as the manager observed. the manager turned to my wife and said: did they pay her bill? my wife said yes, and he said he needed our contact details for insurance. no offer was made to compose our meal, he seemed relieved that we had paid and they were not from the cost of the meal. "Went with some friends for dinner. Interior is very atmospheric, but small, with an open kitchen. It was somewhat empty when we sat down. We ordered a round of cocktails, which took a while to come considering how few other people were there—but they were very good. Appetizers were also VERY slow to come out, because they brought each one out individually about 10 minutes after we finished the one before it. The split pea falafel was the best IMO, but I dunno if it was worth the 20 minutes it added to our 2.5 hour visit. We got our entrees over an hour after our original order, which considering we’d ordered them at the same time as the apps, seemed like an extremely long time to wait. The entrees were fine, but I don’t know that I would order the steak bavette a second time. Summary: I’d go back for the cocktails, and maybe get an app or two if I had 90 minutes to kill."
