"Most underrated pizza spot in the GTA’s west end. Walk in and find the actual wood-fired stone oven cooking pizza, steps from the front door, and the owner; a quiet and gentle old man tending to the fire or the pizzas in there. Order your pizza any way you like, and ask for the “spicy” treatment for additional chilli added all over your pie. He will also add a blend of coriander, ginger and garlic all over the pie, free of charge. Not gonna deny the strange atmosphere and vibe of this place, but the pie is fantastic and cheaper than any of the big names. I’m not even sure there is actual pricing because the owner just enters even numbers in the till when we buy pizza here, but it is undoubtedly cost effective. Enjoy."

The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. we ordered pizza it was very hard when i call on store and ask about pizza was not good. 1 guy said we make pizza as per your choice. they are very rude. i advice everyone plz dont visit to that pizza store. they spoil my birthday party."

"I spent months searching for a place that makes good oxtail, and I found it!! Restaurants tend to add something to the oxtail that makes it sweet and this place not! Thank God! This is the best oxtail I had in... years. Crappy service, but big ox tail. Guess you can't have everything."

"Stumbled upon this place while thinking where to go for dinner one of the Saturday last month with my husband. The restaurant is very underrated from outside but, once inside it looks totally different, is extremely clean and spacious. It is located in the Longo’s plaza, between Longo's and McDonald's and there is ample of parking also available which is also a good thing. We ordered the sweet corn chicken soup which was a huge portion more than enough for 2-3 people. We tried their chicken noodles and chicken Manchurian which was too good too. I must say that we loved the food as it was fresh, tasty and authentic Asian cuisine. The staff are very friendly too and service is very fast as well. It was not very busy that day and the food was served to us without much waiting. The While going through their menu, I noticed that they had lunch specials for $7.99 and I could not believe the number of choices they had for that price. We will definitely be visiting the place again as we cannot wait to try out their other dishes and lunch special too. Highly recommended."

"My family and I have been going to the Torbram site for 15 years. we have eaten many times on the buffet, but since the pandemic we order and pick up. they are usually very busy on Saturday night, but I ordered and went to pick it up is about 10 minutes south, from where I live. our order was 88.75 not cheap! When I went home, I gave myself the bags of my wife and once unpacked the bags she said we lacked our 3.00 steamed rice and our order of 14.00 order of sweet and acid chicken balls. I called golden palace immediately and said the person that the phone answered that we were short on a few things. he said you could come back and pick it up? what I answered, I would like to eat my meal while it is hot and asked if they could send a van with missing items that he replied, let me ask my manager. he came back to the phone and said that they could give me a credit for the next time I refused and said that I would prefer it, then he told me that they can't do that! I immediately asked if I could talk to the manager? After waiting for a few minutes she came on the phone and said they'll give me a loan next time! when I politely pushed her a little, she said that she personally packed my order and that I was lying about the missing items that I have never been so insulted in my life especially after the many years to be a loyal customer! I was happy with her that it was her fault and that every article on the entrance was smashed with the exception of the sweet and acid chicken balls, even if the steamed rice was smashed and not there! After I had been called a “LIAR”, I asked about the name of the owners she refused to give me. I told her that I don’t appreciate being called “LIAR” and said that I was her loyal customer her answer was “SO WHAT”! After I was disrespected rudely, I went back to the restaurant I charged with her until she finally returned my money for the chicken balls, but she said she didn't give me my money for the steamed rice! I will never eat there again! rude and ignorant manager without human skills!"
