"We visited Santa Cruz a lot and Kaito was always the standard if we don't know what to eat. I love sharp garlic rays especially. But we haven't come to Santa Cruz for almost two years, and today we found the store was transferred to a mall. I was a little hesitant, but quickly it still found the same owner and still found it?s still the same quality!"
