"細つけ麺を頂いた。 喉越しのよい細麺に出汁の効いたつけだれにワンタンがついていた。美味しかったが、つけダレがもう少し熱いとなおよい。 【追記】 豚いちの小ラーメン、ニンニク、ヤサイ、アブラ、ショウガを頂いた。 ボリューム感満点で内容もインスパイア店としては及第と感じた。 堅く太いストレートの麺は存在感抜群。スープは乳化したコクのあるはかなり甘めで食後も口のなかにしつこく残る感じがした。 【追追記】 ニラキムチをトッピングしてみたがすこぶる相性がよい。やはり食べた後は甘さが残る。次はカラメにしてみたい。"
