"Took the family for the novelty of it, was surprised to find the process changes the flavor of the ice cream. Being cooled with nitrogen made it richer and increased the flavor. Their scoops are generous, we each got 1 scoop of something and I (the Dad) was the only person that finished theirs. The cookie dough was great, tasted like it was ready to be baked. Price is on par with other novelty ice cream places in the area."
