"The chefs know what they're doing! I started off with the beet salad which had a perfect texture with the honey, goat cheese, arugula and crumbs. The fish fillet was amazing. It was perfectly grilled and almost tasted like it had some kind of homemade zesty barbeque sauce on it. I would definitely have it many times over. My girlfriend had the fajitas de res. She loved it. I had a taste and the beef was tender, good cuts, salty but not too salty. Well done!"

"A year ago, we ate at the Libertad location and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We tried this new location because it was ideally situated overlooking the Malecon and the bay. The servers did not have a clue. They could not answer simple questions about various items on the menu. We ordered Caesar Salads, which never arrived. The coconut shrimp were very tasty. We ordered Tequila shrimp, but received some other shrimp dish with mushrooms in a cream sauce. It was very good, but not what we ordered. The bill came and we were advised for the first time that they took no credit cards. Additionally, the peso exchange rate they used was 15 to 1, when the real rate was 18+ to 1. This restaurant has been open for 5 months, but acts as if they opened yesterday. Edwin needs to spend more time training the employees before this place fails completely."
