"Fail! I ordered a Pizza Bolognese and she served me a Pizza Italiano. OK, Nevermind. I ordered mayonnaise for the fries of my son and get served a cocktailsauce or something like that. It bothers me alot. But after I gave her 100 zloty and said to her take 50 and she gave 40 back.... Sorry this is too much. We'll never do business again credence, this was my first and will be my last time there. 5hours later My Contactperson in Poland heard about my Complaints and instantly confronted the Servingpersonal about my negative impressions. After a few hours one of the coworkers or owners don't know came to my hotelroom and apologized, gave me two bottles of cold beer and 10 zloty. Clever and brave move! One part of Kaizen is to accept mistakes to get better. I am gonna increase my rating up to two stars."
