"I wanted to buy a coffee, was advised by rude staff I would need to spend to pay by card. Really!! In this day! Offered to pay an extra fee on top of the coffee advised this was not possible. Rude staff, rubbish service...to peak members. I will also be writing a written complaint to active Stirling."

"Order a delivery as we were on holiday in the opposite, eating was over half too late because the supplier went to the wrong place. Not only that, but he asked me to meet him in the rain and in the dark. a tor, because he said he couldn't go on! he finally found us eating was lukewarm and he still took the money from us for a meal that was really unusable. the fish was removed from asking my children and my huh ktikka came with a soak that I can only describe as a lens soup. we were hungry all night when the food was supplied to waste, would not recommend."

"Having used this restaurant a couple of times before, I don't really like their food but my wife does. We placed an order through Just Eat, and a while later the restaurant called to say they couldn't provide the main courses. Fair enough; I asked them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't, and I'd have to do it through Just Eat. The only way to do that appeared to be through chat; after some time Just Eat told me they could cancel it, but would keep half the money, and that I should cancel through the restaurant instead. Two calls to the restaurant went unanswered but they did call back about twenty minutes later and told me again that they could not cancel the order. I am currently out of pocket and without food, and have wasted an hour of my evening. If you do like the food this place makes, I suggest you'd do well to avoid ordering online you might get better service face to face, when it's harder to fob you off."

"After eating at Napizza I can't believe the amount of money I have wasted on Domino's and Pizzahut over the past few years. One if the best pizzas I have ever had! And honestly I cant believe the how reasonable the prices are considering how good everything is. Doughballs are sensational as well!"

"To be confused with competitive taste buds, taste buds always have unreal customer service, loves a sweat, ingwer kerl hates a sweat, but ashad yusef and selma love the sweat. Eating is always unbelievable when the stars went to 20, I would give them 12. 10 out of 10 for the taste budz I will return."
