"We havent been here for quite a while. Its still the best chinese and best value for money. We had the set meal A with curry sauce, chips and an additional king prawn satay which is nice and spicey."

"On arrival the restaurant was busy so we were offered to wait 10 minutes which was fine by us. Shortly we were taken to our table which was clean. I am a nandos employee. From start to finish the experience was nothing I would expect from staff in my restaurant. I was served at the till by a tall blonde girl who seemed to be new, I explained I worked at nandos to claim my discount which was not applied, once I’d explained I was eligible for this she applied the discount. I ordered a beer for my father and instead of asking for my ID she simply asked how old I was and put it through the till, this would’ve proposed a big issue had i actually have been underage. Generally she wasn’t very friendly sadly although when I went to order dips from another member of staff at the till they were very helpful. The customer journey is clearly not preached in this restaurant. When at the till I noticed none of the back of house staff were wearing hairnets, neither on front or back grill, hats were worn but one man had long hair in a loose ponytail. Sadly our starters arrived the same time as the food, my wrap was extremely soggy so had clearly been waiting round for a long time. The pitta for my hummus tasted untoasted or not toasted to the standard which made it unpleasant, had it not been so busy I would’ve complained to staff. The cutlery was left unpolished in the kitchen tray on the side. As there were no other knives I had to grab it from there, it also made the condiment stand look messy. Overall this was unfortunately a bad nandos experience and nothing like I’ve seen in any other restaurant. Despite this, the manager in the green silk shirt was very friendly and attentive and seemed to assist staff well in their roles."

"We visited a grey afternoon, but were met by a warm welcome. there was an interesting selection of ice creams and the opportunity to taste some of the unusual aromas before they meet their final choice. I went for my ordinary mint choc chip, while my adventurous man went for ingwer, which he really enjoyed. thanks for letting us protect from rain!"
