"First time visiting and we will be back! I had the pork vermicelli with egg rolls and we also ordered the dumplings. My husband had the crispy noodles with pork. Both of our dishes were great! The dumplings, especially the dumpling sauce was fantastic! The portion sizes were large. I want to make my way through that whole menu! The soda machine was broken but not their fault."

"Since I’ve seen so many restaurants go downhill in the Wichita Falls area, I’ve decided to give credit where it’s due and give this establishment 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could. I’ve dined in before and have never had a bad experience, but I mostly order to-go. Every to-go order is hot and fresh. Sometimes I’ll order ramen, sometimes I’ll order a rice bowl. No matter what I order the food is full of flavor and just the right temperature. Plus they always have the order ready when I arrive to pick it up, I never have to wait and I live right next door to this place. I do agree that it’s a little pricey, but you never have to worry about being disappointed. I always get exactly what I pay for. So I order from this place at least once a week. Thank you Taki Ramen for exceeding my expectations. I was born and raised here in Wichita Falls and this is the best restaurant we’ve ever had in this town."

"My family has been coming here for years. Since I find myself in Wichita intermittently these days, I was so thrilled to walk in and see all the upgrades they have! Their care for their customers is evident in all the additional COVID touches. Contact free pay, plastic barriers at the counter (they're hard to see as pictured) and alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer grace every table. I walked in at 11:00 on the dot and was promptly helped by the wonderful, masked staff at the counter. I got my favorite, their Flounder in Oyster Sauce, but have brought visitors and friends here many times over the years and regardless of their background they have loved the ethnic Chinese served here as well, from their wonderful vegetarian dishes like Mapo Tofu to their hearty Roasted Duck. What's more, I've never had a friend be able to finish their generous portions. You can't beat the value you get for the reasonable family style served dishes you get at this price. If you have to wait for your food, keep in mind that they serve a huge array of food for such a small business- I mean, just look at how huge their menu is! Of course they won't be able to crank out food as quickly as Chipotle, where every order is a variant of the same thing. And all your food is cooked not just custom but fresh right away, rather than reheating last night's meals and languishing in the open air. This business is a true pillar in the Chinese community here in Wichita and well worth your business. You won't regret ordering here; and you certainly won't find better ethnic Chinese in the whole city!"

"Tried two flavors of boneless wings, Go Ju Jang, slightly sweet with garlic and ginger overtones and Shocker Sauce, a fairly hot profile with a nice lingering heat. The wings werr bonless and lacked the heavy breading most places use which was a nice change. Also had an order of curly fries that were well cooked with just the right degree of crispness. The restaurant was clean and well maintained and the counter help did an excellent job. Will be back to try other flavors!"

"There's is a general lack of cleaning throughout the dining area, hate to see the kitchen. Feet stick to the floors, tables unattended. Disappointing considering food has been good in the past. Must be new owners..."
