"We try this ihop every few months as a way to give it a 2nd try , but tonight was even worse than before. Unfortunately, tonight they were pretty dead, maybe only 2 other tables in the whole place besides ours and service was still slow. Without a drink for a long time until after dinner finally came. Had to send the grilled cheese back as cheese wasn't melted. The fries, took one bite and spit it out. Thought maybe I was crazy so had my husband try and even tried my sons on his plate and still gross. My husbands waffle had a red pepper spice to it he said which was gross. The hot syrup was not hot it was cold. We were realizing why they likely didn't have customers, and were bummed that it wasn't any better, but worse this time."

"Our waitress Julie reeked of marijuana. She constantly confused our orders and never gave our party refills. It took her an hour to get our food even though we could see it sitting on the line. She also only had two tables in her section. When she handed us eggs she said here is your turkey melt . Additionally, we got incorrect items in our order and when we got the bill, close to everything was incorrect. Someone in my party ordered a burger that never came until everyone had finished their meal. It also supposedly came with bacon. Below I have attached a picture with the bacon on the burger."

"Jennifer was our server she did an outstanding job. The place was busy and we had a twenty min wait. I had a big breakfast with eggs ,ham,sausage bacon,hashbrowns and pancakes. Everything was cooked perfect but portions were very small, it was like everything was miniaturized. It's been years since I've been to an IHOP and probably be years before I go again."

"One thing is certain that you can't beat her pancakes, although I'm not a big eater, the portions are more than enough. Coffee is nice and hot and on point; not too strong or watered. I was there at 5 a.m. and it was very peaceful, quiet and very clean. Keep the great setting and service for your customers."
