"Superb oysters shucked to order followed by pristine Spanish mackerel and then perfectly cooked duck breast.. no more than we have come to expect from ECCO. The service was warm and genuine though a little inexperienced on this busy night .. understandable in these Covid times of staffing pressures."

"The Gasworks has certainly become a trendy place to meet. The restaurants and cafes certainly attracted large crowds for Mother’s Day last week. The best thing about Hatch Co was the friendly staff as this contributed to the restaurant’s pleasant vibe. All mothers were offered a complimentary glass of champagne such a nice touch! I enjoyed the mushroom risotto. This is probably a dish that is difficult to present. While mine looked unappealing, it certainly tasted delicious. All meals were reasonably priced. It’s worth noting that underground parking is free for the first 2 hours."

"One of the loveliest High Teas I have experienced in Australia. It was a work event for about 80 guests which I can wholeheartedly say ran very smoothly. The food was very good, especially the sweets and the staff were excellent: attentive, friendly and on the ball. #stamfordplazahotel"

"The lunch was flagged as a seafood buffet, but the only fresh seafood buffet dishes on the menu were prawns and oysters. This pales in comparison with what one might expect of a seafood buffet A quick check with other seafood buffets, and also those eaten from prior experience in Brisbane and elsewhere have an entire section on seafood consisting of other items such as fish, Moreton Bay bugs, mussels, squid/calamari etc Prices of such buffets can be around $49, but definitely one that is worth value for money. "Service and product knowledge outstanding, I went 6 months ago and was unhappy with a early closing of charcuterie service at 9.45, but recently gave it another go and had an absolute ball, the wine selection was fantastic with wines of incredible quality, thanks to the bar tender Christian, me and my friend were guided through the full wine list and what I would call best charcuterie I've experienced, tinned muscles were amazing.<br>
Thank you Gerard's for such attention to detail, you guys are guns. Il be back"
