"A group of us went for lunch as an early celebration for a birthday. We were shown straight to our table and orders for aperos were taken. Two of our group wanted gin and tonic unfortunately the bar didn't have any tonic water so they...suggested another drink and two samples of that were brought to the table for us to try. Once our food orders had been taken an amuse-bouche was served which was very tasty. Our meal came in typical French fashion with plenty of time between each course. As expected the food was wonderful. When our coffee was served another plate was delivered with small samples of another desert. Overall this was a very good place to go for a celebration lunch, a bit on the expensive side for a ordinary day but good value for money."
