"Love a little more. Eat with them is served to people as if it were almost food. it is also placed to consider cooking as if it were almost food. I do not find the concept suitable for a steak restaurant. I think you're eating really well, but that could be much better. three stars, there I am. a star to eat, a star for the taste and a star for the selection, but the abbreviation is quite clear a star for the location and a star for which we dress it on my teller then."

"Un dimanche midi à 11 à table. La carte est très complète. Je prends les calamars grillés et je suis là bas en un instant. Excellents plats simples et raisonnable... à la carte. Les poissons proposés hors carte pour 2 personnes sont à 60€ !!!! Petit point négatif : resservir du vin à chaque fois que l'on porte le verre à ses lèvres relève un peu de la vente forcée."

"I give the Top Air stars, which I would like to explain in more detail. The quality of the food was very good, even if the alternative dishes offered were very few and far between. The starters and the main course were optically partly calm, partly excellently presented. In terms of taste, depending on the course, it ranged from very well crafted to creative and surprising in the most positive sense possible. So under normal circumstances there is no reason to complain, but in a starred restaurant I expect the latter to be creative and surprising rather than the rule and less than the exception. The two desserts that were served were really excellent in taste and presentation. They burned themselves permanently into my memory. Overall, the service was very pleasant. The reason why I do not give a top rating, which is the measure of all things for me at Michelin-star cuisine, is the price-performance. The prices were very high even for a starred restaurant. As I said, the food was of high quality from a culinary point of view, but largely without any surprises in taste or finesse that I can expect at such high prices. Especially since other star restaurants in the area provide a better ratio here. Nevertheless, all in all we had a nice evening with delicious food"
